Legal grounds
Processing is carried out on the basis of the User’s consent, the necessity of entering into or performing a contract, and the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation.
For purposes requiring separate consent, processing begins after the User takes an express confirming action: checking a box in a form or making a selection in the cookie settings.
Processing operations
The Operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer personal data to authorised processors, anonymise, block and delete personal data, with or without the use of automated means.
Cookies and web analytics
The Website uses necessary cookies and local storage to retain technical settings, including the User’s choice in the cookie banner.
Yandex Metrica, including the Webvisor technology, and Google Analytics may be used on the Website for traffic analysis. These services may obtain technical information about the device, browser, referral source and activity on the pages.
Yandex Metrica, Webvisor and Google Analytics are not loaded and do not begin collecting data until the User has given express consent to analytics cookies. If consent is refused, the analytics counters are not launched.
Consent to analytics cookies can be managed through the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. The choice may be changed at any time. Necessary cookies cannot be disabled using the banner because they retain the selected settings.
Disabling cookies in the browser may affect the retention of the selected settings and the operation of certain Website functions.
Transfers and processors
Access to data may be granted only to the extent necessary for the operation of the Website, processing a request or performing a contract:
- Tilda Publishing — hosting the Website and operating the forms;
- Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics — web analytics;
- email services, CRM systems and notification services — receiving and processing requests;
- the Operator’s contractors — only when necessary to perform a contract or provide a service requested by the User.
Data may also be transferred in cases expressly provided for by law. When foreign services are used, certain technical data may be processed outside the Russian Federation, taking into account the applicable requirements of law.
Retention periods
Data are stored until the purposes of processing are achieved, consent is withdrawn, or the periods established by law and contractual obligations expire. Once the grounds for processing cease to apply, the data are deleted or anonymised unless further storage is required by law.
Data protection
The Operator takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure, blocking, copying, destruction and other unlawful actions.
User rights
The User may request information about the processing of their data, require its clarification, blocking or deletion, withdraw consent, and submit a complaint to the authorised body responsible for protecting the rights of personal data subjects.
To make a request, send an email to maratmazur@gmail.com with a description of the request and information enabling the relevant request to be identified.
Withdrawal of consent
Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by sending an email to maratmazur@gmail.com. Upon receiving the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing unless there are other lawful grounds for continuing it.
The choice regarding analytics cookies may be changed at any time through “Cookie settings”.
Changes to the Policy
The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available at maratmazur.com/privacyru. The date of the latest update is stated at the beginning of the document.
